1. Agreement and eligibility
By using VistaTerra Studio, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can legally enter an agreement in your location. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational purpose
The Logo Design Masterclass provides educational material and exercises. It does not promise employment, revenue, client approval, trademark registration, or a particular creative result.
3. Catalog and checkout demonstration
Catalog prices and descriptions are presented for the project experience. The cart checkout is a front-end demonstration and does not collect payment or create a real order unless a separate written process is provided.
4. License to learn
Purchased or authorized course access, where offered, is for the individual or team identified in the applicable arrangement. Do not resell, publish, scrape, or redistribute lesson materials without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
VistaTerra Studio and its licensors retain rights in original lessons, writing, exercises, marks, and interface design. Your independent work remains yours, subject to any third-party materials you choose to use.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, do not submit harmful code, and do not misrepresent VistaTerra Studio or another person when contacting the team.
7. Availability and changes
We may revise, suspend, or discontinue features, lessons, prices, or wording when needed. We will make reasonable efforts to keep information clear and correct errors when identified.
8. Third-party resources
References to tools or external resources are provided for convenience. Their availability, security, and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an available basis. To the extent allowed by law, VistaTerra Studio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of educational content, browser storage, interruptions, or reliance on a design exercise.
